US Prevents Ukraine from Firing British Missiles into Russia: The Times
The United Kingdom cannot allow Ukraine to launch "Storm Shadow" missiles into Russian territory due to the resistance from the United States, reports The Times.
Sources within the British government have indicated that a request sent to Washington over a month ago regarding the launch of the "Storm Shadow" missiles remains unanswered. It is noted that Washington is effectively blocking the UK from allowing Kyiv to fire "Storm Shadow" missiles into Russia amid concerns from the Biden administration about an escalation in the Ukrainian conflict.
However, officials are still awaiting a response, according to the British government source. Such decisions typically require time.
