No Third Country Should Enter the Caspian Region
The position of Iran is that no third country should enter the Caspian region, stated Kazem Jalali, Iran's ambassador to Russia, during the Caspian Media Forum in Astrakhan.
"We are all sovereign countries and capable of governing that region independently," he explained.
