Aram Yeritsyan Released from Custody
Aram Yeritsyan, who was arrested on suspicion of intervening in the activities of law enforcement officers, has been released from custody. This information was shared by his brother, attorney Roman Yeritsyan.
Earlier, the attorney reported that his brother, Aram Yeritsyan, had been brutally beaten by police officers and taken to the Arabkir police station. “The request for his detention was completely rejected, and the arrest was recognized as unlawful. The justice rendered by Judge Nelly Baghdasaryan is truly invaluable,” the attorney wrote on his Facebook page.
It is noteworthy that police had stated that Aram Yeritsyan was not subjected to beating, yet representatives from the Human Rights Defender's office recorded bodily injuries on him during their visit.
