German Athlete Sets Olympic Record in Javelin Throw at 2024 Olympics
German athlete Naklas Kaule has set an Olympic record in the javelin throw during the decathlon at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. His result was 77.78 meters. The previous record belonged to Cuban athlete Leonel Suárez with a throw of 76.94 meters, established during the London Olympics in 2012.
Earlier, American runners set a new world record in the 4×400 meters mixed relay, finishing with a time of 3:07.41.
