Hakan Fidan Indicates Conditions for Turkey to Open Border with Armenia
Turkey may open its border with neighboring Armenia if a resolution is reached between this country and Azerbaijan. This announcement was made by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
“The negotiation process between Azerbaijan and Armenia is ongoing. We need to prepare our scenario for a positive outcome, and work is being done in this direction. If the resolution process is completed, we will activate the positive scenario, meaning we can open our gates at the border,” Fidan told the Sabah newspaper.
