Lawyer Ruben Melikyan writes: “The Court of Appeal has granted the defense's appeal and changed Samvel Vardanyan’s house arrest to administrative supervision (with the condition of not contacting individuals involved in the case). A bail of 7 million drams and the prohibition of leaving the country are also in effect. Samvel's detention lasted exactly 100 days.”
