Ilham Aliyev's Demands Are Growing: 'Hraparak'
The newspaper 'Hraparak' writes: 'On Saturday, from the statements made by the President of Azerbaijan in the occupied Shushi, it became clear that contrary to the assurances of the Armenian authorities that the signing of a peace treaty is imminent, it will not take place for at least the next two years. The fact is that Aliyev has set a precondition for the signing of the treaty: changing the Constitution of Armenia, while Pashinyan has tasked the constitutional reform council with presenting the concept of the new constitution by December 2026. Another precondition is the dissolution of the Minsk Group, which has been dealing with the Nagorno-Karabakh issue for over 30 years,' the newspaper writes.
