Red Cross Representatives Visit Political Leaders Held in Baku
In July, representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) once again visited the former political and military leaders of Artsakh who are unlawfully detained in Baku. This information was provided to APA by Ilaha Huseynova, head of the public relations department of the ICRC's Baku office.
During their visits, the ICRC evaluates the treatment of the detainees, the conditions of their detention, and facilitates the restoration or continuation of contact with their families. According to ICRC procedures, observations and recommendations regarding visits are provided exclusively to the detained party.
