Conservative Saeed Jalili Conducts Quite Successful Campaign in Second Round, Iran Expert
On July 5, at 8 AM Tehran time, polling stations will open in Iran, marking the start of the voting process for the second round of the presidential elections in the country. This was announced by Iran expert Vardan Voskanyan on his Telegram channel.
“Conservative Saeed Jalili has conducted a quite successful campaign in the second round compared to reformist Masoud Pezeshkian, and it seems he has a better chance of being elected to the presidency of Iran. However, ultimately, everything will be decided by the votes of Iranian voters, as voting in this country always takes place in a free, fair, and transparent atmosphere,” he wrote.
Three polling stations will operate in the territory of Armenia for the presidential elections of the Islamic Republic of Iran, located at the Blue Mosque in Yerevan, the Iranian Embassy building in Yerevan, and the Iranian Consulate General in Kapan.
