At this moment, I can say the ball is in the US court: Secretary of the Security Council

The Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, announced that Armenia has achieved significant success in security diversification, which cannot be said about the economy. According to him, the country has sufficient capability to withstand future threats, and there are numerous tools available for this.

He discussed the construction of a new nuclear power plant, emphasizing that the process has entered a substantive phase. “We are discussing the legal framework with the US, without which we cannot proceed. At this moment, I can say the ball is in the US court. We expect the inter-agency procedures of the United States to pass, after which we will begin working,” he stated.

He noted that this issue is long-term, while he hopes for success in short-term matters.
