The Fabricated Case Against Representatives of Artsakh's Military-Political Leadership in Baku Will Be Sent to Court
The preliminary investigation into the fabricated criminal case against representatives of the military-political leadership of Artsakh held captive in Baku is drawing to a close. The Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan has announced this, stating that the investigative actions in the criminal case have been completed and it will soon be forwarded to court.
“The preliminary investigation concerning 15 individuals has already been completed. The accused, their lawyers, and the victims are currently familiarizing themselves with the materials of the criminal case. After the familiarization phase is completed, the accusatory conclusion will be sent to court,” he stated.
