Clarifications for Ms. Zakharova from the Head of the Nor Nork Administrative District

The head of the Nor Nork administrative district, Tigran Ter-Margaryan, has stated: “Several clarifications specifically for Ms. Zakharova. As the head of Yerevan's Nor Nork administrative district and a member of the political council of the ‘Republic’ party, I traveled to Ukraine and met with both local government authorities and the Armenian community. I also visited Bucha to deliver humanitarian aid. If necessary, I am prepared to go again.

In my meetings, I have confirmed that Russia cannot win against Ukraine. In Ukraine, everyone considers this war a struggle for independence and sovereignty. It is strange that the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry first confuses the Armenian National Assembly with Yerevan's administrative district, and then attempts to interfere in party activities. The ‘Republic’ party has always defended democratic values both at home and abroad.”
