Real Competition Among Countries is Underway: Putin
The President of Russia has stated at the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum that there is a competition among countries for the consolidation of sovereignty.
"We see how real competition is evident among countries to strengthen their sovereignty, at three key levels: state, value-cultural, and economic," said Putin.
According to the Russian President, the countries that recently acted as leaders in global development are trying with all their might to maintain a hegemonic role, which they are gradually losing.
