Kyiv Has a New Counteroffensive Plan: Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced in an interview with the German publication Bild that Kyiv has a new counteroffensive plan. "Yes, we have a counteroffensive plan," he said.

At the same time, Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine requires advanced weapon systems from foreign partners, including the United States, for offensive operations. He also expressed hope that Kyiv would receive modern technologies for the production of cutting-edge weaponry.

Additionally, Zelensky stated that he does not rule out a Russian attack on Kharkiv. Ukraine's latest counteroffensive began on June 4, 2023.
