Shoigu Reports Ukrainian Military Casualties and Equipment Losses Over Three Months

The human casualties in the Ukrainian Armed Forces exceed 80,000, and 14,000 units of weapons have been destroyed. This statement was made by Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu during a meeting with the command of the Russian Armed Forces.

“Since January, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have lost more than 80,000 servicemen, along with 14,000 units of various types of weapons and military equipment, including over 1,200 tanks and armored vehicles,” the minister stated.

It is noteworthy that the armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine began on February 24, 2022, with the invasion of Ukrainian territory by Russian armed forces.
