Tiran Khachatryan Released from Courtroom
The former deputy chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, Tiran Khachatryan, had his detention changed. Bail was applied and he is now prohibited from leaving the country. The measure taken was set at 5 million drams.
