Red Cross Representatives Visit Former Leaders of Artsakh and Remaining Prisoners
Red Cross representatives have visited the former leaders of Artsakh detained in Baku and the remaining prisoners. This was reported to Sputnik Armenia by Zara Amatuni, the head of communication for the ICRC delegation.
"They have been given the opportunity to contact their families," said Zara Amatuni.
The visits to the Armenian prisoners held in Baku took place in late January and early February.
