Apparently, the explosion occurred at that moment, resulting in the death of two citizens and the hospitalization of two others.

According to the media, one of the hypotheses is that the explosion was caused by the aforementioned individual, identified as H. S., who reportedly has mental health issues. It was reported that attempts were made yesterday to transfer him to a psychiatric hospital, but this was unsuccessful.
