Avanesyan Questioned in COVID-19 Case
The Minister of Health of Armenia, Anahit Avanesyan, has been questioned by the Anti-Corruption Committee regarding alleged abuses during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to the minister, the questioning took place at the end of the year. "It was in December, or late November. But I can't remember the exact date," she stated. It is also worth noting that former minister Arsen Torosyan has been questioned in connection with this case.
