VIDEO: Turkish Soldiers Forced to Buy Cheapest Tourist Tents with Their Own Money

The Turkish opposition has strongly criticized President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the Ministry of Defense following the release of a video taken near the Şırnak Tepesi military base in northern Iraq, where 12 soldiers have died. The soldiers lacked proper tents and sleeping bags, and their positions were not equipped.

Military personnel were compelled to purchase the cheapest tourist tents at their own expense. It is worth noting that the Turkish Air Force has conducted a series of attacks on the facilities of the Kurdish Workers' Party in Northern Iraq. Currently, it is known that the Turkish armed forces have suffered 12 casualties.
