Surēn Papikyan Will Also Not Attend CSTO Meeting
The Minister of Defense of Armenia, Surēn Papikyan, will also not participate in the session of the Council of Ministers of Defense of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) scheduled to be held tomorrow in Minsk.
This was announced by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense, Aram Torosyan, in response to a question from Azatutyun.
It has also become known that the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, will not attend the meeting of Foreign Ministers taking place the day before the CSTO summit.
