Video: Pashinyan Demands Accurate Figures from Narek Mkrtchyan

During a cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan instructed Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan to ensure that no state payments are made in cash in settlements with a population of over 1,000 until the end of the year. He stated, "Until the end of the year, do not make any state payments in cash, because we leave some gaps in certain areas that are not visible and predictable for us.

In one of the upcoming humanitarian press conferences, you will also publish the exact figures regarding how many individuals have been recognized as beneficiaries, and so on. There should be no approximations, around 100,000 or about 90,000 numbers; all figures should be published with specific addresses and specific cards," said the Prime Minister.
