“I was moved by the strength and courage of the women displaced from Artsakh,” says Canada’s Foreign Minister
Canada’s Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly made a post on social media about her meeting with women displaced from Artsakh.
“It was important for me to listen to and learn from the Armenian women displaced from Artsakh. I was moved by their strength and courage. Canada will continue to support the Armenian people of Artsakh and defend their right to return safely,” she wrote.
It is noteworthy that the visit of Canada’s foreign affairs minister to Armenia started on October 25. She met with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and participated in the opening of the Canadian embassy in Armenia.
