"It Is a Great Honor for Me to Serve Our City": Armen Pambukhchyan as First Deputy Mayor
During an extraordinary session of the Yerevan City Council, Mayor Tigran Avinyan, exercising his authorities, proposed the candidacy of Armen Pambukhchyan for the position of First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, stating that the permanent committee on fundamental legal issues had given a positive conclusion.
Following this, Armen Pambukhchyan delivered a brief speech in which he stated, "Having held various positions in legislative and executive bodies, my work has been a means to serve the people with integrity, implement different ideas, and change the quality of their lives. The status of First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan is yet another opportunity to create an environment for over a million people, where well-maintained courtyards, landscaped parks, public transportation, and cultural events will be the best part of their lives," said Armen Pambukhchyan, noting that it is a great honor for him to serve the city and its residents.
He expressed gratitude to the Mayor and the council members for this opportunity.
