Massive Shortage of Arms and Ammunition: Warehouses Are Empty, Says Ukrainian Prime Minister
There is a massive shortage of arms and ammunition not only in Ukraine but around the world. All supplies have been depleted, which is why Ukraine is striving to organize its own production, stated Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal in an interview with the Financial Times.
"We have a huge shortage of military supplies not only in Ukraine but also globally. We understand that they need to be produced here in Ukraine, as they are running out around the world, and stockpiles have been exhausted. All warehouses are empty. In this regard, Ukraine is trying to initiate its own production to reduce dependence on Western countries," the Prime Minister noted.
