Certain Announcement Regarding the 'Peace Agreement' Is Expected: 'Fact'
The 'Fact' newspaper reports that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan speaks about the so-called 'peace agreement,' 'era of peace,' and the resolution of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations at every opportunity. Moreover, he continuously emphasizes that he would be very happy when all issues between the parties are clarified, and the timelines for signing the agreement become definitive.
Recently, Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated that 'a favorable environment for the signing of the peace agreement has been created, and it is not excluded that it may be signed soon.'
Regarding this topic, certain details have become known to the newspaper. In particular, a source from the Foreign Ministry informs that over the past month, almost the entire team of the ministry has been working day and night on the 'peace agreement.' Our source also states that the text of the agreement is essentially in a prepared state, and some key legal provisions are being clarified.
Additionally, according to our information, during the Q&A session between the Parliament and the government scheduled for Wednesday, a certain 'announcement' regarding this matter is expected (Pashinyan or Mirzoyan may at least hint at this).
