VIDEO. The Conflict is Largely Resolved, Both Sides Agreed that Artsakh Belongs to Azerbaijan
The conflict is largely resolved, and both sides have agreed that Artsakh belongs to Azerbaijan. This was stated by the Head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergey Lavrov at the ministerial meeting of the '3+3' consultative regional platform in Iran.
“Practical steps remain for the complete normalization of relations, primarily for preparing a peace treaty, demarcation, and establishing transport and economic ties,” Lavrov said.
“These aspects of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations were not directly discussed in the '3+3' format, there are other avenues, but the platform itself helps to address the remaining issues between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” he added.
