Stability in the Caucasus region can be realized through a peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia. This was stated by Turkey's Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan at the conclusion of the ministerial meeting of the regional "3+3" consultative platform on South Caucasus in Tehran.
According to Turkey's Foreign Ministry, Hakan Fidan noted, "The path to regional peace and stability passes through the signing of a comprehensive peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia."
