VIDEO: Foreigners Found with Invalid Documents, According to Armenian Police

Within the framework of the intergovernmental program for joint measures against crime, the Criminal Police Department is regularly conducting activities aimed at combating illegal migration, coordinated with territorial subdivisions in their service areas. The latest joint operation was carried out with the officers of the Kotayk Police Department, as reported by the Armenian Police.

Inspections were conducted at hotels in the service area and in residences rented by foreigners. Approximately two dozen individuals were found to be in Armenia without valid permits, residence status, and with invalid documents, and they were presented to the Kotayk Passport Division of the Migration and Citizenship Service. Administrative violation reports were compiled against them.

Such measures will continue.
