Guterres Calls for Two-Week Humanitarian Ceasefire in Gaza
The UN Secretary-General António Guterres has called for a two-week humanitarian ceasefire between the parties involved in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. This was reported by РИА Новости.
Earlier, it was revealed that Israel has deployed a group of submarines in the Mediterranean Sea to deter Iran and Hezbollah.
According to reports, since the very first day of the Palestinian-Israeli war, efforts to deter Iran and Hezbollah have included not only American aircraft carriers but also the 7th submarine fleet being stationed in the Mediterranean.
It is noted that Hamas is capable of attacking Israel not only from land and air but also at sea. The Islamic group has unmanned underwater vehicles that can damage Tel Aviv's maritime communications.
