No factual evidence of Levon Kocharyan's misconduct, yet he must remain in custody: lawyer
The investigator and prosecutor have submitted a request to extend the detention of Levon Kocharyan, son of the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, for another two months. This was reported by lawyer Alexander Kochubaev on his Facebook page.
“During the presentation of the request, the prosecutor insisted that they have no factual evidence regarding Levon Kocharyan's misconduct, yet he must remain in custody. There is no position on any actions taken from September 27 to October 11, but they assert that Levon Kocharyan should remain detained,” wrote Kochubaev.
