Artsakh Bank to Return Pledged Gold Items in Nagorno-Karabakh Without Loan Obligation Repayment
Artsakh Bank will return the gold items pledged in Nagorno-Karabakh without requiring repayment of loan obligations. The bank issued a statement, adding: “We plan to provide certain support to our compatriots who were forced to leave Artsakh due to the military actions unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh on September 19 and who are currently in a difficult financial situation.”
