"Punishing all Palestinians is wrong" - Borrell
Not all Palestinians are terrorists, and punishing them all without exception would be "unjust and ineffective". This was stated on Tuesday, October 10, by the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, following a meeting with EU member states' foreign ministers.
Humanitarian aid to residents of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank will continue "as long as necessary," the spokesperson for the European Commission, Balazs Ujvari, announced on the same day.
