Hamas Proposes Exchange of Hostages for Palestinian Women in Israeli Prisons

Representatives of the Hamas movement have expressed their intention to exchange some of the hostages taken during their assault on Israel with Palestinian women imprisoned in Israeli jails.

According to Sada Elbalad, negotiations are currently ongoing with active mediation from Qatar.

It is important to note that on the morning of October 7, Israel was subjected to an unprecedented rocket attack from the Gaza Strip. The Israeli Defense Forces have reported that extremists launched over 3,000 rockets. Additionally, dozens of terrorists infiltrated border regions in southern Israel.
