Iranian Minister Arrives in Kovsakan (Zangelan)
The Iranian Minister of Roads and Urban Development, Mehrdad Bazrpash, has arrived in Kovsakan (Zangelan) today, according to Azerbaijani media reports.
The guest was welcomed by Azerbaijan's Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev. He provided information on ongoing reconstruction and construction works and presented the new transport infrastructure established in the Eastern Zangezur region, as stated in the reports.
