Azerbaijan Arrests Acting President of Artsakh, Samuel Shahramanyan
Azerbaijan has arrested Samuel Shahramanyan, the acting president of Artsakh, who served for barely 10 days and under whose decree the state structures of the Republic of Artsakh were dissolved. The neighboring aggressor state was not satisfied with seizing Artsakh; akin to medieval barbarians, they took prisoners of war, decapitating our second Armenian state and showing no mercy even to officials who complied with their illegal demands.
According to information from the newspaper 'Hraparak', Artsakh hero Vitaly Balasanyan and the commander of Artsakh's Defense Army, General Kamo Vardanyan, are still in Stepanakert. Their fate will be determined tomorrow.
