Recall that Azerbaijan launched a large-scale attack against Artsakh on September 19. As a result of Azerbaijan’s aggression, Artsakh suffered at least 200 deaths and over 400 injuries within a single day.
On September 20, the authorities of Artsakh accepted the proposal for a ceasefire. On September 21, representatives from Stepanakert and Baku met in Yevlakh, followed by another meeting in Ivanian on September 25, and yet another in Yevlakh on September 29.
The forced displacement of residents from Artsakh began on September 24. According to the latest data, 100,520 citizens have been forcibly displaced from Artsakh to the Republic of Armenia.
