Caparros Comments on the Situation Surrounding Artsakh
Former head coach of the Armenian national team, Joaquín Caparrós, commented on the situation surrounding Artsakh in a post on X.
“The Armenian people—a kind and noble people—are asking for help. NATO and the European Union must intervene and assist in this conflict,” wrote the Spanish expert.
It is noteworthy that Azerbaijan launched a large-scale military attack on September 19, which lasted for one day, after which the political leadership of Artsakh agreed to fulfill Azerbaijan's demands with the mediation of peacekeepers.
