Currently, It Is Not Possible to Organize the Transport of Seriously and Extremely Injured Individuals
All citizens wishing to relocate from Artsakh to Armenia will have that opportunity. This was reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.
“According to the reached agreement, there are no deadlines set for the relocation, and as already mentioned, priority will be given to those citizens who have been displaced and are in dire situations due to military operations and wish to move to Armenia. The authorities of Artsakh will continue to remain in their locations and carry out state governance until they fully ensure the relocation process for citizens wishing to head to Armenia,” the statement said.
“Dear compatriots, due to the heavy traffic conditions and congestion on the Stepanakert-Goris highway, it is currently impossible to organize the transport of seriously and extremely injured individuals, as well as to import necessary medical supplies and humanitarian cargo. Concurrently, citizens are causing significant congestion near gas stations while attempting to obtain fuel, paralyzing city traffic and normal life. Considering all this, we ask you to refrain from relocating for the time being to avoid unfortunate incidents and to save the lives of the injured.”
“In this difficult situation, we call upon especially the employees of the public administration system, the healthcare sector, and security forces to continue fulfilling their professional duties for the safety and health of our compatriots.”
“Dear compatriots, citizens wishing to relocate to Armenia will be provided with free fuel today from 14:00 at the five gas stations in Stepanakert. We urge you to refrain from acts of violence and disorder, and to adhere to the law-abiding behavior characteristic of the people of Artsakh,” the message stated.
