Arkadi Ghukasyan Continues to Remain in Artsakh: Media
The first president of Artsakh, Arkadi Ghukasyan, continues to remain in Artsakh. This was stated by Ghukasyan in response to a question from Factor.am.
In response to the media's clarifying question about whether he will continue to stay in Artsakh, Arkadi Ghukasyan replied: “Is this what interests you the most? I am here, I am in Artsakh. We are currently discussing the situation; I cannot speak.”
It should be noted that as of September 25 at 12:00, 4,850 individuals forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh have entered Armenia.
