Armenia Appeals to ECtHR to Obligate Azerbaijan to Cease Targeting Civilian Settlements
Shortly ago, the representative for international legal matters filed a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights today, seeking immediate measures to prevent irreparable loss to the rights of the civilian population due to Azerbaijan's large-scale aggression against the inhabitants of Nagorno-Karabakh.
Specifically, the appeal demands that Azerbaijan be obligated to cease the targeting of all civilian objects, settlements, and the civilian population by armed forces.
