Ararat Mirzoyan Discusses Lachin Corridor with U.S. Secretary of State's Assistant
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, discussed the issue of the Lachin corridor during a phone conversation with Acting Assistant Secretary of State Yuri Kim. This information was mentioned in a post on the minister's X (formerly Twitter) microblog.
"Armenia reaffirmed its position on the necessity of lifting the blockade of the Lachin corridor (as the only road connecting Armenia to Nagorno-Karabakh) within the framework of enforcing the International Court of Justice's ruling," the post stated.
During the phone call, the head of Armenia's foreign policy agency stressed the need to curb Azerbaijan's ongoing aggressive policies.
