«Hasync» - Ioannisyan Reports that RPA Members Attacked an Observer
Hasync. Representatives of the "Civil Contract" party have attacked an observer from the "Akanates" monitoring mission while carrying out professional duties. This was reported on Facebook by Daniel Ioannisyan, program coordinator of the NGO "Informed Citizens Union".
"According to the observer, the most active attacker is the acting director of kindergarten No. 11, who is a supporter and activist of the RPA. If we add to this the forced participation of certain school staff in RPA gatherings (for example, kindergarten No. 113), then we can congratulate the RPA on the successful start of the process of replacing the de-partisanization of educational institutions with its own partisanship," he notes.
"The bright point in all this is the Ministry of Education and Science, which is trying to keep schools away from the abuse of administrative resources, but as we can see, the head of the RPA in the city hall's education department is more influential," he adds.
