VIDEO: "The stones from the Tsitsernakaberd walkway are being brought and dumped into a private area of the Fourth Village," says Arthur Chakhoyan

“We had various assumptions about where the stones from the Tsitsernakaberd walkway are being taken—whether they are being sold or if someone is renovating a private area. It turned out we were right; property belonging to Yerevan is being transported by trucks and dumped into the yard of a private area in the Fourth Village, from where they are being sold,” activist Arthur Chakhoyan stated during a live broadcast on his Facebook page.

He elaborated that they tracked the trucks leaving Tsitsernakaberd and uncovered the crime. Earlier, it was reported that this morning, Facebook user Arthur Chakhoyan announced that the city hall decided to demolish the stone pathways leading to the Tsitsernakaberd memorial complex and to asphalt the area instead.
