Tension Continues on Tsitsernakaberd Road as Joseph Kubatyan Detained
It has been reported that the municipality decided to demolish the pedestrian pathways leading to the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex, which are made of cobblestones, and replace them with asphalt.
Civilians present at the scene have noted that the pathways are not damaged, that there are no issues, and they are perplexed by the indiscriminate demolition that is taking place, leaving everything in ruins.
Just moments ago, it became known that Joseph Kubatyan, the former head of the public relations department of the municipality, was detained. He had simply been sitting on a stone and trying to clarify certain points with the police.
