The head of the electoral headquarters of the CC Party, Armen Pambukhchyan, made a statement on his Facebook page, declaring that the article titled 'The CC-Party is Distributing Money for Participation in Its Rallies' is absolute defamation.

'The Civil Contract party has always rejected and continues to reject the corrupt practice of involving citizens in rallies and marches for money,' the statement read. 'Immediately after the publication of the article this morning, the party's electoral headquarters contacted all sub-headquarters without exception. We can confirm that neither the central headquarters nor the sub-headquarters have any connection to the processes described in the article.'

'The Civil Contract party conducts its campaign exclusively in accordance with legal norms, utilizing only paid advertising and other services that are not prohibited by law and do not contradict our values. For instance, we cooperate with advertising agencies in a regulated manner for the placement of posters, distribution of flyers, and the installation of promotional videos on LED screens, among other matters.'

'We call on law enforcement agencies to immediately verify the authenticity of the information published in the article and to assess whether a criminally punishable act is present. It is essential to clarify the identity of the individual who carried out this action or staged this story.'

'We emphasize that the Civil Contract party is the only one that has published the date, time, and location of its campaign events every day from the first day of the campaign to this day, making the entire process maximally transparent for the media.'

'We specifically draw attention to the fact that the 'Witness' observation mission has published defamatory material targeting the Civil Contract party for the second time during the electoral period. Previously, the members of the mission had presented our candidate for council, who was on leave, as having committed an administrative offense for posting a political-themed background on Facebook.'

'We invite all interested journalists, NGO and observation mission members, and, of course, citizens to witness our campaign activities at any time and place throughout the day to see both our campaign and the motivation of our team, which, unlike many others, is not driven by money.'
