I Do Not Regret My Actions: Varsham Gevorgyan on His Involvement in the 2020 Armenian-Azerbaijani Clashes in Moscow
I do not regret my actions. This was stated by mixed martial arts athlete Varsham Gevorgyan in an interview with Infoteka24.
Varsham Gevorgyan, who has competed professionally in mixed martial arts and achieved victories, has lost the opportunity to compete in Russia for several years. The reason is the athlete's entry ban following the events of 2020, when he decided to help Armenians while returning home from training during the Armenian-Azerbaijani clashes in Moscow.
“I do not regret my actions because I helped unprotected children, women, and men,” he mentioned in his conversation with the media.
Now Varsham is preparing for his first fight in the Kazakh MMA promotion Octagon FC.
