Security Council Meeting Did Not Take Place in Artsakh: Spokesperson of the President
Reports claiming that Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan informed about a decision to trade through the Aghdam road during a Security Council meeting yesterday are not true.
Arayik Harutyunyan's spokesperson, Lusine Avanesyan, stated that a meeting of the Republic of Artsakh's Security Council did not occur. She did not provide information on other matters.
Moreover, Armenian media reported today that President Arayik Harutyunyan indicated during the Security Council meeting yesterday that a decision had been made to trade via the Aghdam road.
