There Will Be No Peace with the Enemy Unless We Restore the Balance of Power and Achieve Dominance: Vardan Voskanyan
Iran specialist Vardan Voskanyan, head of the Iranian Studies department at Yerevan State University's Faculty of Oriental Studies, has written:
“What else needs to happen for us, as a nation and a state, to understand that no 'international community' will open the pathway between Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh through sessions, declarations, and other 'paper spoons'? Unfortunately, there will also be no peace with the enemy unless we restore the balance of power and subsequently achieve dominance. Until we consolidate these critical realities on a national level, nothing will change, and we, in the embrace of naïve illusions, have already lost a full three years.”
