New Messenger for Stable and Secure Communication for Artsakh Residents

According to the memorandum signed between the Government of the Republic of Artsakh and the closed joint-stock company “Zangi Livecom”, a special messenger application called ArtsakhX has been created for the residents of Artsakh. This application is designed for stable and secure communication in the region, as reported by the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Artsakh.

Through the ArtsakhX application, users can exchange personal messages and files, as well as make audio and video calls, all in an entirely end-to-end encrypted manner. Unlike other popular messengers, messages, files, and calls in ArtsakhX are not stored on servers, which helps to avoid hacking attempts.

The “Low Data Usage Mode” allows communication even in low bandwidth situations, unstable connections, or when there is no internet access at all. To ensure the system’s functionality, access to Wi-Fi or mobile data is required. Therefore, it will also work in cases of communication disruptions or interruptions outside the Republic of Artsakh.
